The Galleria Specialty Shops is owned and operated by the Cobb-Marietta Coliseum & Exhibit Hall Authority. The Authority also owns Cobb Galleria Centre and Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre. The Shops are located inside Cobb Galleria Centre and are connected to the Renaissance Waverly Hotel.
